Had a sensitive issue; remove/replace counters without damaging a backsplash that was a piece of art. They did not damage a single tile. Cody, who was the sales person and oversaw scheduling and billing, was always available to answer our questions. An excellent contact point for us. I will gladly recommend Classic Design and have thanked our neighbor for recommending them to us.
